I very rarely write reviews for any business, but Danielle Hebner made my experience amazing even during a stressful day of other work going on for me. She set me up perfectly to do work upstairs in Danielle Hebner made my experience amazing even during a stressful day of other work going on for me. She set me up perfectly to do work upstairs in dealership, offered me coffee and other snacks, and even hit on all the little things of a perfect experience including calling me by my name when I walked in all the way through me leaving, noting where the elevator was, and giving me an appropriate estimate on how long the service will be taking into consideration my stressful day. I also asked Danielle if the service team could remove a parking pass window sticker on my car. She got it done and was not annoyed with my extra request at all which you often don't see at dealerships. She was SO HELPFUL and very respectable. If I was part of the management team at this dealership, I would make sure Danielle has the opportunity to keep climbing quickly throughout this organization as she is on point, on time, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, judgement free, trustworthy, someone who takes action in perfecting all the little things and someone who I want my business to go to in the future. She even offered to start my car and turn on the AC when I was leaving which was the first time anyone has ever asked me that in any Audi dealership. I live in Tampa and New York and have many options for Audi dealerships, but thanks to her help and friendliness, she will keep me as customer......Highly highly recommend asking to work with Danielle for any Audi customer looking to purchase or anyone needing repairs....she definitely can handle it all.
