I have built a relationship with the Sales and Service side of this establishment. Why? Because: 1. The staff truly work together as a team. This includes sales, service, and management staff. I truly feel they care about my situation and that they put forth their best effort to make me feel satisfied. 2. The showroom and facility are sparkling clean and organized. I was fortunate to see the technician area where the vehicles are serviced. Sparkling clean as well. 3. I experienced this EVERY time I visit the facility over the past 6+ years. Even when I am the one in a bad mood and am difficult to please. I have depended on them to keep me rolling. They have and I believe will continue to reach for and achieve excellence! More

In the spirit of full disclosure, the detailers who prepared our used car missed a few pieces of garbage under the seats and stains on the interior of the doors. A small piece of the door handle fell off on the day of purchase, but such is life... we bought used and these things happen. I would still go back to Audi Clearwater, no questions. More

He told me that three others were also interested in this car and if I wanted it everything was on a first come first served basis. Fortunately, I had been shopping this same car for quite some time, and I was prepared to act. In terms of pricing, cleaning, repairing the car everything Van told me turned out to be exactly as he said. The non negotiated price was fair and took a lot of stress out of the car buying experience. All in all this was a very positive experience thanks to Van and Chris! More
