Great Service both for the car and customer Justyn Ross was my service tech when I brought the car in for some routine scheduled service and a minor warranty issue. Since it wasn't going to be a Justyn Ross was my service tech when I brought the car in for some routine scheduled service and a minor warranty issue. Since it wasn't going to be a long visit, I waited for the car. Justyn kept me informed as to the progress of the work and when theit was discovered that we were going to need a part for the warranty issue, he set up the visit and pre-arranged for a loaner for that day as it was going to be a longer time to fix. The service at this dealership is outstanding. I highly recommend them. More

Superb Service We brought our 2018 SQ5 in for service due to a mis-functioning Audi Pre-Sense. Mandy and her team carefully listened to what we'd be experiencing and We brought our 2018 SQ5 in for service due to a mis-functioning Audi Pre-Sense. Mandy and her team carefully listened to what we'd be experiencing and even called in the Asst Shop Foreman so he could hear from me first hand. They consulted with the Audi factory and all together formed a solution. Communication was excellent during the 3 days they had the vehicle. I highly recommend this service dept. Best new car purchase EVER!!!! We were looking to lease a vehicle (first time because we normally purchase) and Vasili Barlamas was awesome! He took the time to listen to our needs, explain the entire lease process plus show us all the features of the new vehicle. Normally, I dread having to go to a car dealership because of the hassle of getting to a fair price for the vehicle. This was absolutely painless. Vasili Barlamas is an asset to Audi Clearwater and we will be back to lease another vehicle again! When it came down to the financing portion on the lease purchase, it was a breeze. Ryan Wolfe walked us through the entire process and explained exactly what the lease documents meant, etc. Ryan also provided us with a great connection to rate check our insurance and it saved us over $1400 per year on our vehicles!
