In my experience getting a good trade in value for a car and still getting a good deal on the new purchase just does not happen. I was happily surprised to get such a fair deal. Whenever I had a question or needed information, Van followed up and got back to me quickly. I knew the precise Audi model and trim that I wanted but had trouble finding a dealership that had it in inventory. I wanted to be able to pick up the car the day after I flew into town. Van tracked it down and made sure that everything went according to my plan. I live an hour outside of Clearwater but decided to deal with Van, instead of my local dealership, because Van was efficient and helpful. He took the time to explain many of the features to me and he ensured that my info was properly uploaded so that I could access Audi connect and that I was comfortable before I left the dealership. The dealership itself is large and modern. Chris Grow in the Finance Department was also easy to deal with. He presented me with some extras, gave me info that I asked for, but was not at all pushy. Chris is also efficient, straightforward, helpful and I liked that he was respectful of my decisions. More
