I have stopped by (no appointment) because of information lighting up on my screen. Shawn realized my rear hatch was not closing; which meant I had no brake lights. He wouldn't let me drive home and put me in a rental and had your service department correct the problem with new materials. He additionally has instructed me on how many of the features in my car operate. My husband has problems with the IPhone service in his car. I have introduced him to Shawn and the problem will be taken care of. We purchased our cars in Wesley Chapel not realizing you were in Clearwater. SERVICE is the biggest reason for doing business with any dealership and we've decided that because of Shawn when we're ready for new cars again the transaction will be thru your dealership. More
