Easy transaction I took my Audi in for a new battery. While I waited I looked at the cars on the lot. I saw a Mercedes C300 with very low miles that interested me. At that time a sales representative, Brett Levy, approached me and engaged me in conversation about the car. He was very knowledgeable, answered my many questions, and suggested a test drive. While we drove the car he continued to provide me with helpful information about the Mercedes. At the end of the drive I expressed interest in the car, and the possibility of trading in my older Audi. He showed me the Carfax on both vehicles and arranged to have mine appraised. He gave me a trade-in proposal, but did not pressure me. I made a counter-proposal which he submitted to his manager. They made an additional proposal that I found fair and that I accepted. Brett worked closely to make the transaction happen, and took charge of transferring my personal items between the cars. He continued to answer my many questions, and made sure the Mercedes was ready for me to take home. He followed up to assure I was satisfied. I found my experience with Brett and his associates at Audi Clearwater to be pleasant and rewarding. I would buy from them again. More
