Stuck in Florida and Needing a Tow! We are frequent visitors for 40 years to the area and our experience with Audi in Clearwater has been exceptional. This ranges from scheduled mainten We are frequent visitors for 40 years to the area and our experience with Audi in Clearwater has been exceptional. This ranges from scheduled maintenance to emergencies. Last Saturday, our Q3 simply stopped working and had all electrical signals blinking and unable to start the car. As we are under warranty, we had Audi towing pick the vehicle up and drop it off and our service agent, Andrew Walker, continued the excellent service and took us in, provided a loaner and had the issue rectified immediately by Monday. He was very explicit about the issue, what was being done and gave the Q3 a complete overview. When you are 1,500 miles from home and crossing the border, this is so rewarding and we are completely satisfied once again. Thank you! More
