1st Time Audi Owner-Great Exerience! I was use to having luxury vehicles in the past (Cadillac and Lexus). Prior to this purchase I was looking at everything from another Cadillac, BMW, I was use to having luxury vehicles in the past (Cadillac and Lexus). Prior to this purchase I was looking at everything from another Cadillac, BMW, Volvo, Mercedes, Lexus and Jaguar. Finally made my way to Audi and met with Steve Yeager and Alex Bean initially…but continued to work with Steve throughout the remainder of my time looking at the Audi’s. Great guy and he wad very patient with me too. He knew I was not sure if I wanted a vehicle or an SUV and had no specific preference at the time I was first looking at the A4, A5 and Q5 so he had to work with me on showing me all of the differences between the 3 of them. I ruled out the A4/A5 as I decided after test driving them that I did not want a car anymore and wanted to move towards an SUV as I liked being up higher in the vehicle. After showing Steve everything I wanted in features from the list I brought with me, we narrowed down the vehicle to a new Q5 with the Premium Plus package. He spent time helping me find the specific color and interior that I wanted along with which wood grain option. He went thru all of the technology with the car with me. He set it up for “my specific settings ” and continued to work with me on all of my technology questions that I keep coming up with over this past week. Initially I was planning to purchase the vehicle but since my work lifestyle has had a recent change and I do not put as many miles on my vehicles as I had in the past I decided to lease for the first time. Steve was great working with me on different leasing options and helping me understand them. Then he put me in touch with Chris Grow in finance who went into more detail. I can’t say enough on how I sincerely enjoyed my car buying experience at Audi. Steve was not pushy (like many of the other dealerships I mentioned above were) and he just made sure every question I had was answered without having to go and ask someone else at Audi. I can’t imagine getting any other vehicle in the future other than an Audi when my lease is up in 36 months. Thank you Steve for everything! More
