A very pleansant buying experirnce We did our research online using various car services like TrueCar, Cars Direct, and others and had settled on a 2017 Q5 before visiting any dealershi We did our research online using various car services like TrueCar, Cars Direct, and others and had settled on a 2017 Q5 before visiting any dealership. After visiting a different dealership, whose name I will not mention, we were a bit put off by that experience which I would characterize, as high pressured and full of the same old used car sales tricks and gimmicks. We came to Audi Clearwater expecting some of the same. To our surprise, it was a 100% improvement. We were warmly greeting by the staff and quickly led to our internet sales person Scott Wood. He was very friendly, laid back, knowledgeable, and above all, not pushy at all. After test driving a 2017 Q5, we knew that was what we wanted. We negotiated a deal with Scott who gave us all the facts upfront with no insulting tricks or hidden costs. The manager, Jean-Mark Biewend, was also friendly, upfront about everything, non pressured, and just a very nice person to deal with. The deal was done and one week later we came back to pick up our Q5. At that point, Scott spent a couple of hours with us going over all the features and controls. We were introduced to the service manager and off we went. A very pleasant buying experience from start to finish. More
