Antoine Borgella in service reviewed it and it was determined that the strip of trim needed to be replaced. Antoine ordered the part, scheduled an appointment for installation and provided a loaner vehicle. In less than a day, the vehicle was done and ready to roll. More

It was also our first experience obtaining a 'high tech' luxury vehicle. We live approximately 450 miles from Audi Clearwater, but dealing with Britta Becker over the phone sold me on the dealership. It was well worth the drive. We arrived at our hotel in Tampa on Friday evening , and Britta met us the next morning in a beautiful new Audi (won't say which one - Britta's secret), We had a very nice drive over the bay to Clearwater, and on the way she was able to demonstrate many of the new features that we would have on our Q7. Inside the dealership, Britta spent time with us going through an overview of the car, then introduced us to Preston Rogers, the Finance Manager. He was as nice as she was (almost) and treated us better than we'd ever experienced by a FM. He was very personable, and kept us entertained during the business side of the experience. Once we were finished with Preston, Britta took us to the Service Department and introduced us to Antoine Borgella, the Service professional at Audi Clearwater. He had the new Q7 ready for us. It was immaculate! We spent the next two hours with Britta going over technical details of the vehicle. She showed us way more options and controls than we could possibly remember, and throughout the ordeal she was polite and entertaining. She is truly a professional and loves what she does. Finally she saw us off, and what a wonderful driving pleasure we were in for. We learned about the Q7 while driving it, and finally got comfortable with many of the features and options. The Q7 practically drives itself...and even did a couple of times while I was 'programming' Navigation features! The Q7 is beautiful, and drives even better than it looks. We are thankful for Audi Clearwater for a wonderful experience. I hope to do business with them again. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I just purchased a 2017 Audi A4 from Audi Clearwater and it was this best car buying experience I have ever had. Our new car sales consultant Mary Jon I just purchased a 2017 Audi A4 from Audi Clearwater and it was this best car buying experience I have ever had. Our new car sales consultant Mary Jones was a joy to work with and she took care of all my needs during the entire process; she went the extra mile to find me the exact A4 I was looking for and for an unbelievable deal. I visited all the other Audi dealerships within a reasonable driving distance and they all failed in comparison to the experience I had at Audi Clearwater; all the other sales consultants kept trying to push stock cars on me that I didn’t want just to move inventory off their lot. Mary Jones took the time to look for what I wanted, explained to me everything I needed to know about the car and dealership, she even offered to meet with me after hours just so I could take a look at all the exterior and interior colors and trims. I’ve never had any car consultant go the extra mile for me like Mary did. Best part of dealing with Audi Clearwater was there was absolutely no sales pressure which is a rarity in the car industry! Needless to say, Audi Clearwater has gotten a forever client. I will be returning to get a new Audi Q5 soon and this time I won’t make the mistake of wasting my time with other dealerships, Audi Clearwater is the way to go.
