I worked with Antoine recenty when I brought my '15 Audi A6 in for the yearly service. He took care of everything, and got me a comparable loaner to use. A couple of days ago, my front left tire pressure light came on unexpectedly. He had me come in that afternoon where a nail was found. I receive a new tire, car washed on I was on my way. He always explains what will happen very clearly and makes sure that whatever I need is covered during the service visit. Even if I mention a minor issue that really does not bother me he makes sure the team checks the car to verify there is no issue. He also checks and explains any warranty concerns I have and provides an explanation of how the service was covered and repaired. He is one of the reasons when I decide to purchase another Audi that I will go to Clearwater Audi first. More
