Even though there was a possibility of us walking away because we could not find what we were looking for, we felt no pressure, Britta took the time and discussed other options that were comparable and available to us. Britta was kind and attentive to our 9yr old son. Britta was outstanding and seemed to be a genuine, honest, and sincere sales person. Great experience I purchased a vehicle while deployed direct from the Audi factory to be delivered to the Tampa area. Initially I was looking to utilize a closer deale I purchased a vehicle while deployed direct from the Audi factory to be delivered to the Tampa area. Initially I was looking to utilize a closer dealership, but after speaking with the folks at Clearwater Audi I decided to drive farther in order to have a better experience. Fast forward, I went to pick up the vehicle and it was damaged. Thankfully, Mr. Kimball talked me out of accepting the vehicle and helped coordinate a newer vehicle, and a rental for my family to use during the time it took to deliver the new vehicle. He did not benefit from this sale, but still went above and beyond to help out. Eventually we received the car we wanted and he was there to assist as he would for any customer. Great service and definitely military friendly. More

Britta met us immediately and was ready for us to test drive the cars of interest. Our budget was probably on the lower end of what she's used to, but we didn't feel that way in the least. Instead of just trying to make a sale, Britta was personable, pleasant, and very knowledgable. We could tell she sincerely loves Audis which, to me, is one of the most important characteristics of a car salesperson. I did not feel uncomfortable or that I didn't belong, even with the trade in we had, which was certainly not similar to an Audi. We felt welcomed, at home, and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you to Britta for her extra friendliness, including the offer of her continued help, via her cell phone number, if needed. We will definitely be back when we're ready for another. More
