First new car purchase...first Audi I cannot express what a wonderful experience I had with my Audi purchase. I continually thanked the staff for the hassle free experience. I never once felt pressured to buy or was made to feel as though they were trying to push me into buying up. Everyone I encountered from desk to drive away was unbelievably courteous, easy going, and knowledgable. I have been telling people all day that I never thought I would buy a new car, and as corny as it sounds...I am part of the Audi family. Best buying experience ever. More

My Service Consultant, Antoine Borgella, introduced himself to me following the sales process My recent experience at Audi Clearwater was exceptional. My Service Consultant, Antoine Borgella, introduced himself to me following the sales process and assured me that I could count on him for any service needs going forward. As it turned out, I needed service just a month later (nail in tire) and Antoine provided a car for me overnight while waiting for a new tire to arrive at the dealership. Of course, I expected no less from Audi! But what I did not expect, was Antoine's kindness and genuine concern for my situation. In a time when personalized 'service after the sale' is not always the case, Antoine's work ethic is especially evident. Audi is fortunate to have him represent their company. More
