Another Good Experience Appointment didn't have a long lead time. Booked a Friday appointment on Wednesday. Came in and explained my concerns and Shaun Mathena had his head in the game. He took my concerns seriously asked the right questions to further understand my issues. Being a service advisor can be difficult because often people take thier frustrations out on them. I don't know what kind of day Shaun had before I arrived but whatever it was like, he was unaffected. He was on top of my situation. It takes a support staff to help Shaun look good and the person who serviced my car also did a through job and my car was returned clean and in the same state as I gave it to them with the exception that it was serviced. Thanks to the service staff at Audi Clearwater. More

Jeff our business manager and of course, Dave, the gm. This was our first Audi purchase. We love the car (Q5) but equally important, we loved the purchase experience. This team is knowledgable and in all ways outstanding to deal with. I can't recommend them highly enough. Start your purchase with Dan (he really does know these cars inside and out) and finish your purchase with Jeff (very knowledgable about maintenance options as they pertain to your particular situation). Car purchases are naturally stressful and there's always the negotiation phase. So I just want to add that these guys went the extra mile after the sale to make sure all was well. We definitely plan on engaging them in the future for annual maintenance through Antoine. More

As several reviewer I was blown away after test driving the 2017 A4. Dan and Audi Clearwater made the transaction as painless as it could possibly be. As several reviewers have indicated, Dan knows the vehicles inside and out. He respected my request to work on the deal via email. After agreeing to the price we made an appointment for me to sign. By the time I got there Dan had already had the vehicle detailed. All the papers were ready to go and I was out of there in under 30 minutes with a new ride. Even that is slightly misleading because a big portion of that time was spent with Dan as he explained all of the features of the A4. Dan and Audi Clearwater delivered on everything they promised! 100% Recommend. More

Excellent Experience with Joe Haig and Team! I had an excellent car buying experience at Crown Audi Clearwater. The process was pressure free which is what you don't get at most other dealerships. Upon entering the facility I was met by Joseph Haig who assisted us throughout the entire process. Joe was very thorough, honest, knowledgeable, friendly and humorous. He really made this experience enjoyable and worked really hard to ensure I got the car I wanted! Igor was also very helpful. He came around periodically to ensure that everything was going smoothly and that we had everything we needed.
