FIRST RATE AUDI EXPERIENCE/FIRST RATE SALESMAN, BOB KIMBALL I went into Audi Clearwater just to look around. I was already driving a 2009 Audi R8 that I had purchased in Illinois. I met Bob Kimball, with the sales staff and indicated my interest in the Audi A7. I looked around and assured him I would get back to him. No pressure. I did come back and leased the A7 from Mr. Kimball. I walked in and said I want one now, do you have any? He said you can have this new 2014 right here on the showroom floor! To my surprise it was exactly the one I wanted. The process was quick and clean and they were fair with my Cadillac trade. Since 2010, I have stayed in touch with Bob, dropping by to see him just to say hi and talk about the next generation 2017 R8. When it came out, I called Bob and he got the deal because he was the only salesman I have ever met that went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and be a wonderful acquaintance through the years. I will definitely be back when my lease is up on my A7 next year. Right now, I can't wait to take delivery of my new 2017 next generation Audi R8! Congratulations Audi Clearwater and Bob Kimball! What to say about Dan Rasoi I was debating on a BMW, Mercedes or an Audi. I even went to another Audi dealership where the sales guy was nice but didn't work very hard to secure I was debating on a BMW, Mercedes or an Audi. I walked in and there he was sitting at the front desk waiting for his next victim...LOL Dan has this way about him that makes you feel like you have been friends for years. He knows his xxxx about Audi's and made the entire process enjoyable. The car color and interior wasn't on the property but he found it. It was going to take a few days to transfer it in and I was okay with that cause Dan made it happen! He made sure I had a car to drive home that day. Gave me the car for the price I wanted it and helped me return my current vehicle to BMW/Mini. He goes the extra mile and for this I will recommend that is you are looking for a new car and Audi is one of your options then you would be an idiot not to get it from him. He let's me know what needs to be done ahead of time and the cost so there are no surprises. I've been impressed with his knowledge, expertise and quality level of services he provides to his customers.
