But when I bought the Toyota Tacoma I wasn't informed of how much my montly payment would be it took them 2 days to figure out, I called a few times especially Saturday 2-20-16 and nobody would call me back so,i went in and I got answers. The sales manager marvin tucker had no professionalism when financing the montly payments, the customer service was poor,,does that sound good. More

No Respect and Feel Cheated.. I gave Crown Audi of Clearwater service area a "POOR" rating. Reasons....sloppy work...spilled diesel fuel and engine oil in the engine compartment an I gave Crown Audi of Clearwater service area a "POOR" rating. Reasons....sloppy work...spilled diesel fuel and engine oil in the engine compartment and didn't clean it up...car reeks to the point where I cannot park it in my garage; the engine oil is still dirty(a turbo-diesel issue) which makes me think it wasn't changed; detailer did a poor job cleaning the wheels...half not clean; tires were not at 36lbs as stated; in addition...I was charged for "Adblue....$21.40" which isn't something done for 2.0L TDI engines; a charge for "shop supplies...?....$43.94?"...that is outrageous. what shop supplies cost that much especially considering the $135/HR labor cost?...speaking of which...I cannot believe that the work performed took almost 8hrs....must be very inefficient or padding the bill(or both)..I checked with a reputable local German car repair business...time needed to do all should be about 4-4.5hrs maximum. And last...for that labor rate, one would want to believe that any vehicle in Crown's shop would be treated by the techs/mechanics/detailers as their very own personal pride and joy....and that didn't happen. If Crown treats other vehicles as mine was, the service manager should be ashamed at the very least and fired at the very worst(as should the people working in the service department). Every vehicle that passes through any service department should be treated with respect, should be cleaner going out than when it came in, and get the attention that it is special....I don't feel that happened at Crown Audi. I reported this poor performance to their management by clicking the poor tab on their surveys. I cannot recommend this dealers service dept. to anyone....beware of sloppy work and overcharges. More

Often, there is a divide between what they want and what they get. Not here. Shaun Mathena was professional and the service tech was skilled and courteous. Even the other service advisors who weren't assisting you such as Antione Borgella always have a smile and a greeting for you when you come in the door. I have dealt with other VW and Audi dealers across the southeastern U.S. and the good ones you always remember. So far, it has been a very pleasant experience! More
