Great Service! The other day my car wouldn't start but I managed to get it into Crown for them to handle it. Shaun Mathena saw to it my car got checked out. Turned out to be nothing wrong but the battery needed charging, which Shaun directed me to handle by driving it for about a half hour. Bottom line is there was nothing there for them to work on or charge me for, but they washed my car and sent me away with a clean bill of health at no charge. Now that's service above and beyond the call of duty. Many thanks to Shaun Mathena and Crown Audi!!! More

Outstanding Customer Service On my very first visit at this dealership, I met Joel Tolle and asked to test drive an Audi Q5. He selected the perfect route for me. Some highway driving to test for wind noise and acceleration, a few bumpy roads for ride and control and a long winding road to test how this vehicle perform on quick, sharp turns. It was an amazing ride and thanks to Joel's knowledge about the Q5 features and available options I was able to to make a decision on this SUV sooner than expected. On my very next visit to Crown Audi, I purchased the Q5 with exterior and interior colors, the type of engine and all the options and I wanted. Joel had all paperwork prepared, give me a walk through on how to program the vehicle for voice recognition, navigation, MMI, phone etc. and had car ready for me. The whole process took 2 to 3 hours. This is what I consider excellent service! Would highly recommend this dealership. More
