I called to ask questions about the A7 and spoke to Joe Haig and told him we would be in to test drive. We arrived with a 5 yr old.lol We drove the car and left with NO "buy now pressure". After doing our homework we came back a few days later and bought the car. Really recommend Crown Audi!!!! More

Outstanding Customer Service On my very first visit at this dealership, I met Joel Tolle and asked to test drive an Audi Q5. He selected the perfect route for me. Some highway driving to test for wind noise and acceleration, a few bumpy roads for ride and control and a long winding road to test how this vehicle perform on quick, sharp turns. It was an amazing ride and thanks to Joel's knowledge about the Q5 features and available options I was able to to make a decision on this SUV sooner than expected. On my very next visit to Crown Audi, I purchased the Q5 with exterior and interior colors, the type of engine and all the options and I wanted. Joel had all paperwork prepared, give me a walk through on how to program the vehicle for voice recognition, navigation, MMI, phone etc. and had car ready for me. The whole process took 2 to 3 hours. This is what I consider excellent service! Would highly recommend this dealership. More

Always satisfied I am always very happy with the service provided at Crown Audi. This is my second A3 and find it is the best car I ever have owned. Minor stuff so far I am always very happy with the service provided at Crown Audi. This is my second A3 and find it is the best car I ever have owned. Minor stuff so far. One morning I couldn't start the car. I was able to jump start the car and suspected the problem was a bad battery. After contacting Mandy Walters and explaining to her what had taken place, she asked me to bring the car early in the afternoon. The best part was when Mandy told me that the battery was still under warranty. Later the same day I had a brand new battery installed at not cost to me. In addition she took care of lubricating the sliding window tracks and having my car wash. Outstanding service. Thanks Mandy. More
