Outstanding Customer Service I put my car in for service yesterday and again the level of customer service that I received from Crown Audi is the best I have come across in any de I put my car in for service yesterday and again the level of customer service that I received from Crown Audi is the best I have come across in any dealership Mandy Walters is the consummate professional, making you feel like you are the only customer she works with even when you haven't been into the dealership for many months (and there are long gaps between visits because of Audi reliability and long service intervals!). Mandy's attention to detail is admirable and in addition to the always wonderful personal service, when I mentioned I needed to pick up some windscreen wipers yesterday Mandy walked me over to the parts department, introduced me to the team and ensured I got the right items - what a star! Go Anywhere Else To Buy A Car My wife bought a car here in December 2014. After repeated high pressure sales pitch by their finance manager, Preston, she agreed to buy a maintenanc My wife bought a car here in December 2014. After repeated high pressure sales pitch by their finance manager, Preston, she agreed to buy a maintenance plan from them. At no time was anything stated that if the car was sold before the plan was used, you money wasn't refunded to you. After having the car for a couple of months, we quickly realized it wasn't a very good car. We went out and bought a BMW, a much better car and a much, much better buying experience. Crown Audi had the worst customer experience of any car we ever bought, which is surprising,since you would figure you are supposed to be buying a upscale car and that would also include upgraded customer service, neither one proved to be the case.Don't waste your money or time at Crown, you will be sorry. If you still want to buy a Audi, Audi of Tampa is a much better choice. More

Crown Audi had the lowest price (compared to 8 other Audi Dealers) without bargaining. Had a hard time with my trade but needless to say was impressed with what they offered. Finance department was excellent. Sean Umlauf was my sales person. I also worked with his supervisor JB. The GM had stopped by to speak to us while we were at the dealership as well. Outstanding Service, Simply the Best! My Audi A5 battery died on Friday, fortunately I was home when it happened. It was late and the service department was closed. I contacted my Service Advisor which is Antoine and explained the problem. He was not on duty Saturday, but he left word for his Service Consultant Sean, to take care off us and he did. What started out to be an astronomical fee was rectified with affordable prices due to the many perts that Crown Audi has to offer. Sean was very helpful and considerate. I just want you to know that Crown Audi has excellent customer service, they know their stuff and most importantly their compassion and understanding takes them above the rest. Thank you Sean for being there for us when Antoine could not. More
