First Class All the Way I had an Infinity - I thought I got treated well there but the folks at Audi have far exceeded anything Infinity ever did. The best part of my experience is how well my Service Adviser, Mandy Walters looks out for me. I am never pressured to buy things I don't need but I am told what items may need attention at some in the future. I am always given options. Even though the dealership is under construction, the temporary service center is as nice as any regular service center I have seen. I love the car but the people who take care of you on a regular basis make the "Audi Experience" the "Audi Experience" and Mandy Walters is one of the best in the business. More

After dealing with much frustration after a head on collision along with insurance companies and doctors appointments; and my credit score not being as high as it use to be Dan found the vehicle that was best suited for my needs, budget and wants. It is very reassuring when you find a salesman who has full knowledge of his products and is not just concerned about making a sale, but making sure his customer will receive all they are looking for and also be satisfied with their purchase. Loaners for major service intervals are crucial for me and I always enjoy trying new Audi models when available. My 2011 Audi S5 convertible has high miles and I want the car in the best condition. The service advisors listen to my needs. I wish they would move the dealership closer to my home. I am looking forward to the remodel of the dealership. More
