Today I had a minor issue that was a little bothersome only because of how new my vehicle is and the amount of my investment in this vehicle, I thought I should have it addressed, I spoke to Mandy Walters on the phone and she had me swing by and took care of it in five minutes..... the problem was taken care of. The thing is she did this for me as an employee of Crown Audi and I purchased my vehicle at Crown Buick/GMC......she saved me the extra trip and time. When I was leaving I thanked her again and again, she said it was not a problem, and it was her pleasure to do it, and then welcomed me to the family. I had read numerous good reviews about Crown Audi however, so I decided to give it a try. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Curt Kelley and was treated with the utmost respect. He was very helpful in explaining the details of the lease, and was genuinely interested in myself and the right car for me. I've always had this image of car buying as a war between the dealer and buyer, but I really felt like they were on my side. During my visit, I ran into a woman who drove from fort lauderdale specifically to visit Crown Audi! I would definitely recommend at least stopping by to see what they're all about. More

Great Experience! I just leased an S4 and my sales person was Michael McDevitt. He was great! Did a great job finding the car I wanted. Not only is the sales person involved but also the managers. The negotiations were very easy, no bullying like you would usually get with other dealers.
