So my experience began with a causal visit to crown Audi to look at one of their used a4 cab. I met Bob and he was such a pleasant person. He listened to every thing I told him and suggested that maybe I wa to look at one of their used a4 cab. I met Bob and he was such a pleasant person. He listened to every thing I told him and suggested that maybe I was looking at the wrong vehicle and went on to suggest a Q7 instead which would better meet my needs. While test driving the car Bob explained everything about the car and knew the product better than any sales person I have ever dealt with. After the test-drive Bob carefully listened to every concern I had for the car and pointed me to exactly what I needed (I test drove a base Q7 but was really looking for a premium and didn't even know it). I met with Bob on a second occasion where he let me test drive several other vehicles on the lot but Bob kept telling me that I was looking at the wrong vehicle and to wait for a premium Q7. It became a running joke that Bob never lies... because he was 100% correct every time and always followed through on his word. After waiting patiently Bob called me the moment he had a premium Q7 come in on trade in the exact color I wanted! When I arrived Bob again took me out on their great demo route and proved to me that he listened to every word I said... The car was perfect! Then it came down to the dreaded wheeling and dealing, Well after a slight miss understanding (on my part) Al (the sales manager) came out and not only made everything all better he gave me his cell phone number to call anytime. Not only was this the first time wheeling and dealing was not necessary it also wasn't painful, thanks Al! Now back to Bob there were several things that i wanted addressed before I took delivery of the vehicle and Bob swore to me not to worry that they would take care of it, well if that isn't a typical sales line I don't know what is. well when I showed up tonight not only was every issue taken care it was done better than expected!! Again Bob stuck by his word. As for Paul, well all I can say is he must have friends in high places! It was so nice that he took all the time he did to explain all the contract terms despite my two screaming hungry kids that were terrorizing his desk toys. Thanks Paul for making me feel like I wasn't a burden to and all the time you spent with the banks getting us financed. More

I have never been in and out of a fianance department so fast in my life it was painless thanks to paul. I drove four hours to get to crown because they had a car I had been looking for. Huge risk considering my past car buying experiences.I will do it again the next time I buy a car. Pat and Al went out of their way to make sure I was happy. The price of the car was very good. I know this because I did a couple months worth of reserch befor I went to buy the car. Give them a try you won't be sorry. More

In this particular vehicle purchase i searched 4 other dealerships prior and was treated with little to no respect. But at Crown Audi, both Al and Joel took care of me beyond expectations. And in the end, not only did we get a great vehicle, but an even greater deal. The Crown team really went to work for us and got us in that vehicle for 1/3 the rate that the other 4 dealerships quoted. This was beyond even the best expectations. As a 3rd generation family business owner i have learned the importance of customer service and that in the end honesty and reliability mixed with great people who care is what truly matters. That is what Crown Audi and both Al and Joel posses. And it is because of that that i will return to them for many years to come. More

The bottom line is that these guys know how to treat a customer and if i buy another Audi, i dont care if im in another state , i will be looking at Crown Audi Clearwater as my first choice! More
