I would like to begin by detailing my amazing experience at Crown Audi. I began my day surfing the web and was intrigued by a BMW 645 at the Crown Acura dealership. So I sent an email and began my journey over to clearwater from plant city. I am not real familiar with clearwater so I relied on my GPS. Well as luck would have it I ended up pulling into Crown Audi (thought I was in the right place, I wasn't). I began looking at the inventory but did not see the 645. I was soon greeted by Al (sales manager) and I inquired about the car. I told him I saw it on the web. He searched the for the car and came back and told me it was not on his lot but he had located the car on the Acura lot and was going to have it brought over for me. I was immediately blown away. Most dealers would have sent me packing to another dealer or try to sell me something else. Not Al. When the car arrived Al introduced me to Mr Kimball and sent me on a test drive. I loved the car but I quickly realized it was not practical for me, and what I needed. So I looked around and saw a beautiful IS 250 that was better suited for us. Bob and I again went for a spin and the wife gave me the nod. I had her approval (lol), but now came the dreaded negotiations. Well at most dealerships its dreaded NOT this one. Bob gave me the advertised price, and we gave him our price. After Bob recovered from the shock (J/K) Al came out and spoke with us. We agreed on a price in less than 15 minutes. No high pressure tactics no back and forth, just honest, civil negotiation. The deal was sealed with a handshake and Paul stepped in to take care of the financing. This process was equally smooth and pleasant. Paul had everything prepared and had us in and out. All I can say is WOW, you guys set the bar for professionalism and customer satisfaction. In Jan of 2010, I bought an Audi Q5, which is the best car I have ever owned!! It's so much fun to drive, and has been simple to maintain. No issues at all. I took my car in for it's standard 55,000 mile service and as usual the Crown Audi Service dept. went above and beyond. I've worked with Brian in the past who always treated me like a rock star and gave top-notch service but I had the pleasure of servicing my A4 with Evan this time around. Evan was phenomenal and did an outstanding job. I was made fully aware of what was going on with my car at all times and what issues were at hand/resolved. Extremely professional on all fronts. I wouldn't trust my Audi with anyone else but these two gentlemen. The technicians are class-A all the way as well. Never once had an issue with their work. I feel fortunate having them as my dealer as we have all heard the horror stories about dealerships taking advantage of people. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who owns or is planning on owning an Audi, no question. More
