I have recently leased a new 2010 A5 here at Crown Audi. My wife and I worked with Curt and he is the best sales person we have ever dealt with. He spent a lot of time with us talking about the car and working with us to make the deal possible. Business aside, we all had a wonderful time and laughed a lot. His personality definitely added to the great shopping experience. It was the best car buying experience we had. The entire dealership seems very willing and helpful, something that cannot be said about most other dealerships. I also had the pleasure of working with Evan and Brian at the service department when I decided to get my windows tinted. I picked up the car from Evan, who was very professional, helpful and great to work with. The car was ready on time and the tint job looks amazing! Jared, in the business office, still greets us by name every time we come into the dealership. He has made us feel extremely valued and appreciated. David, the general manager, has proven his integrity to us during the purchase of our third Audi, this past December. However, what we like the most about Crown Audi is the service department. Brian and Evan not only greet us by name when we come in, they remember our company name, and what we do for a living. We hear them do the same with other customers too. They truly make us feel like we are a part of the Audi family. Brian and Evan have always been honest with us regarding our service needs, the work is completed as promised, and their knowledge is outstanding. I would also have to say that the guys working on our cars, behind the scenes, deserve a lot of credit. Afterall they are the ones that keep our cars in top condition. We have never been treated so well by a dealership. We would not consider going anywhere else for service on our cars. I went to Crown Audi after growing dissatisfied with another local dealer. I went in focusing on the Q5. I drove the Q5 a couple times and while it was nice but it did not "move me". During my walk around the dealership my salesman saw me looking at a supercharged A6. Even though I hesitated he insisted that we take a drive. I was sold. Curt was knowledgeable about all of the cars I drove but more importantly he was patient and observant.
