I bought my car from Crown Audi in 2008 and have had it maintained there since. The sales staff and service staff are wonderful. The sales staff was informative and helpful without being overbearing. I am a relatively new Audi owner but am no stranger to cars. Brian and the rest of the Audi crew have always been extremely helpful and honest. There is no used carsalesman feeling you can get from other dealers where you feel they are only trying to get more money out of you. I have had multiple (scheduled) services perfomed at Crown and they are always handled in a professional and expeditious manner. No stone is left unturned with them. I feel fortunate that Crown Audi is my dealership. I wouldn't trust taking my car anywhere else. More
After moving to Florida, we purchased our second Audi from Crown Audi and have had an outstanding experience. Today I had an unexpected repair when I came out of work and was alerted by the tire monitori from Crown Audi and have had an outstanding experience. Today I had an unexpected repair when I came out of work and was alerted by the tire monitoring system in the car that I had low pressure in one tire. I called Crown Audi and despite the time(5pm)they told me to bring the car right in. I arrived at the dealership at 5:45, they found a screw in the tire, repaired the tire and could not be more accommodating or pleasant. A Service Repair Staff Member volunteered to stay late to complete the repair. This is clearly going above and beyond anything I have ever experience and is greatly appreciated. More

What a great experience! I purchased a 2004 S4 about 8 months ago and never could have imaginzed the service that I would receive. Customer service was exceptional at Crown Audi Used Cars. The Sales Manager and his staff provided a very relaxed and comfortable setting which helped mitigate the normal sales pitch pressure. Mr. O'Steen went out of his way to ensure that problems that came up, were taken care of with little to no inconvenience to the customer. I would recommend this dealership to those that are looking for a low pressure experience in buying a solid pre-owned vehicle. More

I felt as though I had known them for a long time and would like to play golf with them or have them over for a barbecue. I love David Jacovides! There were no loose ends. I was not familiar with the Audi, but they gave me a great cross sectional tutorial. I drove away feeling wonderful about my new car and have had no second thoughts. We purhased a 2006 Audi TT from this dealership on 6/10/06. After having a 35k service performed at a local NC dealership on 6/10/10 we were informed that the 4 year warrantee had expired on 5/30/10 a 6/10/06. After having a 35k service performed at a local NC dealership on 6/10/10 we were informed that the 4 year warrantee had expired on 5/30/10 and that we would be responsible for the charges which were in excess of $500. The date of delivery had been entered as 5/30/10 which, upon investigation with Mr. Kimbal, basically turned out to be a typographical error. Now, 4 years later, I contacted Mr. Kimbal regarding this problem. He not only remembered us (probably my beautiful wife rather than I!), but went the extra mile to positvely resolve our issue with Audi. This is the kind of service that no longer exists at most dealerships. We very much appreciate the after-sales service that was provided by Mr. Kimbal and we will return to Crown for a new car when my wife is ready to give up her TT. Thank you, Bob.
