Jessica Geneva continues to be an amazing service technician. This last visit was far more challenging then previous, it needed to be rescheduled, there was a problem with the loaner vehicle, my car technician. This last visit was far more challenging then previous, it needed to be rescheduled, there was a problem with the loaner vehicle, my car had to stay overnight, but she handled every bump for me with a smile and an obvious determined approach to do everything she could to help eliminate any frustration or stress I might be feeling.
