I had called the dealership and left a message with the service department to get information about a software update. Jessica Geneva called me back in just a few minutes and helped me set up an appointme service department to get information about a software update. Jessica Geneva called me back in just a few minutes and helped me set up an appointment. During my appointment she took time to recommend a car wash and a full multi-point inspection. She also listened to and noted a few other concerns I had. They were also address during this service visit, such as a nav system map update. She also had an MMI electronics expert, George, help me with a few concerns about the voice recognition and Audi App which was very useful. I have had good experiences with Jessica Geneva and the other service managers I have dealt with at Clearwater Audi at other times. But, this was the most comprehensive service I've had. I highly recommend them. They all work well together as a team to provide the upmost customer satisfaction. More
