Several days ago I went to Audi Clearwater to get my Q5 serviced because of a recall. As I was waiting, I just happened to run into a salesperson named Derek and asked him if he had any Q3s available. He serviced because of a recall. As I was waiting, I just happened to run into a salesperson named Derek and asked him if he had any Q3s available. He showed me a beautiful black 2021 Q3 that had just over 5,000 miles. Within a few minutes, I had signed the purchase papers and traded in my 2009 Lexus RX350. In addition, Derek agreed to deliver the car to my house on my daughter's 25th birthday a few days away. As promised, he delivered the car on time. And when my daughter ran out of the house to tell me something and saw us standing next to her birthday present with a big red bow on the windshield she was thrilled. Derek went above and beyond to make everything work and it's a moment I'll never forget. More
