Nate Valdez was both extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I was at the dealership for a non service matter, but realized the morning of, that I needed fluids topped off. Nate managed to get my vehicle in during my visit which I greatly appreciated. Other dealerships have required a return visit, but Nate made sure everything was done during my trip saving me time and hassle. Nate also is assisting me on a new set of keys and SIM card. Everything was explained in simple terms and the process was laid out. Very much appreciated. More
