The shuttle took me to a restaraunt so I could have some lunch. By the time I got back the oil was changed, the brake fluid serviced and the car was washed. Check out was as easy as signing my name and I was on my way. Everyone was very nice and helpful explaining the process since it was all new to me. More

Having already owned a Tesla I was impressed by how well she understood EVs. She kept me well informed throughout the ordering process and was able to expedite my order by finding the exact car I was looking for from another dealer and get it two months early. The day I picked it up she had everything ready so we wasted no time waiting. She did a very thorough job of orienting me to the car and committed to answering my questions anytime one comes up. Out of town emergency! Was traveling from MI back to NC and had a flat tire approx 20 miles north of Columbus. Changed out to the spare doughnut and limped into the city. Hot a hotel and was able to get to Byers Imports when the service center opened. They had 2 tires, and got me in right away. 1 he later I was good to go, and they even have me a tire pressure gauge to keep for future issues.
