I've bought dozens of cars in my life and every time was an exhausting, frustrating, many hours long process. Enter Byers. They had the car I wanted at the price I wanted. They had serviced it, polished it inside and out, and had it gleaming, on perfect condition, and ready for me to take home. They assessed my trade while I test drove the new vehicle and gave me what I needed for it. They processed the paperwork, accepted my check for the loan I had secured through my own bank, showed me the ins and outs of all the electronics of my new car, including setting up bluetooth with my phone, and had me out the door in less than an hour and a half! It has been many months now since that purchase and I am so very pleased not only with this car that I totally love, but the very positive experience I had with Derek and the Byers dealership itself. I was treated like gold and I absolutely will look to this specific dealer first for my next car. They were THAT positive to do business with. 10/10 would recommend! (Side note: my purchase was for a Buick Verano, not Audi. There was no website option for Buick) More

Fast and Superb Customer Service Byers imports just installed four new tires on my Audi and I couldn’t be happier. I noticed my tires were heavily worn on a Thursday afternoon and imm Byers imports just installed four new tires on my Audi and I couldn’t be happier. I noticed my tires were heavily worn on a Thursday afternoon and immediately drove to Byers Imports. They ordered the new ones on the spot and by Monday at noon my car had four new tires delivered, installed and aligned and balanced. This was particularly important because I had to make an emergency road trip to Kansas the very next morning. Thanks to Tristan for his expeditious and outstanding customer! More

See Initial Review May 17 th. Bought a certified 2015 Audi Q7 Tdi with 9k miles on 2/28/19. drove it home to New York state and the tire pressure light came on immediately. Initially blamed on the cold weather, repeatedly filled the tires and two days later light comes on again. Had spine surgery and the car sat in my garage and driven for four weeks. Took the car to be inspected at Audi Albany New York on April 12. The tires which were certified as nine and 8 mm thick by Byers on Nov. 28, 2018, would not pass NYS inspection. (Dealership put 1,000 miles on vehicle between certification and my purchase.) problem: Less than 3 mm tread with yellow bars showing and tires were dry rotted. Audi Albany contacted buyers. With complaint to Audi America, persistent pressure, and several online reviews, on May 28th Byers general service manager Eric Friend finally agreed to pay for all four tires and alignment so I could finally drive my new vehicle. Three months later!!! The check was to be mailed on May 29. It is now July 8 and Audi Albany still has no payment. I paid for the tires awaiting a credit. In my opinion and based on my personal experience, Byers Auto is a fraudulent operation with on ethical employees at every level. This was my seventh Audi. This could have been resolved and should’ve been resolved immediately. Now over four months later, still waiting for Byers to do the right thing. Disgusting. They should lose their Audi dealership in my opinion as they are not the quality for which Audi is known. More

More
