I called to scheduled my service for a recall. I was told at that time I would not be guaranteed a loaner and to call back 24 hours prior to the date of service. I called the day prior and they c I was told at that time I would not be guaranteed a loaner and to call back 24 hours prior to the date of service. I called the day prior and they could not find the appointment on the calendar. After a few minutes it was located and I was told I would receive a call back in 10 minutes regarding the loaner. I had to call back 3 times over the course of 3 hours to get someone on the phone who could answer about a loaner vehicle. I was told I would not have one available to me but if I waited at the dealership and worked on my work laptop from the lounge they would promise my car done in a few hours. While it was extremely frustrating having to chase an answer on the loaner, Rodrigo held to the promise of my car being completed in a few hours. More
