Quality of customer service I dealt with James and Claudio I came in for a nail in my tire and was taken immediately. I was almost due for service so that was handled as well. In and Out !! I made an appointment and got there on time. Brendan, my service manager, was efficient and quick. No appointment, no worries, great service! I hadn't made an appointment for my scheduled service but I just happened to be in the area so I dropped by Audi Coral Springs. I waited in the lounge with my iPad and carried on working and didn't miss a beat. Not only was the service completed quickly but the car came back looking as good as the day I bought it.
