Low Oil Pressure alarm The overall service experience was good, however what leaves me a little concerned was that not real engine issue was happening on my car but a faulty The overall service experience was good, however what leaves me a little concerned was that not real engine issue was happening on my car but a faulty switch sensor that triggered the alarm advising that the vehicle engine must be turned off (for the future it is concerning to really know when an alarm is really announcing an issue with the car or a faulty alarm). Also even though the service, friendliness, loaning of a courtesy car, etc. was excellent; it was troublesome to get the towing service to bring the vehicle into the dealership (too many missed set times to pick the car). By the way, James is excelent !!! More

Issue fixed quickly and correctly Brought my A3 in to repair headlight leveling mechanism. I was greeted promptly and was quickly provided an estimate for the repair. I waited in the comfortable lounge for an hour while the problem was addressed. I was provided a bottle of water (coffee was available but, I dont drink it) and was on my way with the headlights fixed in a total of about 90 mins. Overall good experience. More
