James Edmonds has been my most excellent service advisor EVER. It's an easy entrance now that it's computerized. The loaner cars and accounting staff are great. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in Audis, which handle and drive superbly, especially with Quattro. Make sure you ask for James as your service advisor! Not only did they fix my car but it was detailed inside and out. My definition of quick.... Well, i had my two little girls with me, 4 and 5. They wrecked tony's desk and tore Geno's office up..just kidding. The girls enjoyed the staff and tried selling cars to me, before long.
