Rather than make me wait 2 hours at the de I brought my 2013 AUDI A6 in for the 25,000 mile service. David, the assistant service manager was great. Rather than make me wait 2 hours at the dealership he gave me a loaner vehicle to use. Unfortunately, I needed 4 new tires but David was able to get me a good set of replacement tires at half the cost of the originals. His service was courteous, very professional and much appreciated.
