After a previous visit to replace one of the tires, I was told by Steve Meyer some time ago that I would need new rear tires by the Fall for my Audi. After a previous visit to replace one of the tires, because of a nail, I decided that this would be a good time to replace the other one since the car was due for a major warranty service. I called and Steve gave me a convenient date. When I arrived I was greeted and told it would take about three hours. A loner car was waiting for me. When I returned the car was ready and everything was taken care of and checked. I appreciate Steve's calm manner and his ability to make everything go smoothly. More

Warranty Grill Replacement Just relocated to FL from TX and noticed that there was a blemish on my grill. I was passing by the dealership and on a whim decided to stop in and a Just relocated to FL from TX and noticed that there was a blemish on my grill. I was passing by the dealership and on a whim decided to stop in and ask if this was covered under the manufacturer warranty. I was greeted by David Maddox. He was inviting and listened to what I had to say. He assured me that the blemish was covered under the warranty and within 10 minutes had taken my information and ordered the part. A few days later when the part arrived, David called me and we set up an appointment. The work was done ahead of the promiced time, the work was good, and again, Dave was very professional. The overall experience was a great one. More

Dealership Lost Opportunity I have a 2012 Q5, that has been in for 2 service visits, and installation of a after market backup camera. Experience was excellent and either waited I have a 2012 Q5, that has been in for 2 service visits, and installation of a after market backup camera. Experience was excellent and either waited for car, or in the case of backup camera install was given a courtesy car to use. ( Audi All Road). Earlier this week I had a rock, or debris on the Sawgrass near Audi Coral Springs puncture my AC condenser, an item covered by auto insurance. I drove the Q5 to Audi immediately after the incident, and they were great taking the car without an appointment and determining what had happened. Unfortunately, I was advised that Audi Coral Springs did not provide loaners in this case because it was an insurance claim. My wife and I were given a ride home or Audi Coral Springs would have driven us to Hertz for a rental car. My insurance pays $30 a day towards a rental car and through their contract with Hertz, I was given a full size Ford Fusion, a good car, but not an Audi.. It seems to me by not offering an Audi loaner, or rental at the dealership for Insurance rate Audi Coral Springs is missing out on an opportunity to have customers try out other cars. Plus having to pick up a rental and drop off at Hertz was a hassle. Lost Opportunity in my book ! Work done on car, timeliness, were excellent, and I have no complaint. Total 3 day turnaround. Just don't think loaner policy is competitive eg Cadillac which I previously owned always provided a Caddy loaner, and in one case for a week. More
