To avoid being greeted by a flat tire at the Park N Fly thre I recently developed a tire pressure warning the evening before an important trip abroad. To avoid being greeted by a flat tire at the Park N Fly three days later, I tried changing the tire myself only to find that the affected tire was stuck and would not release from the hub. Not wanting to damage anything and with little time to spare, I decided to go directly to my dealership to see if I could get the issue resolved quickly. I didn’t have an appointment and literally just showed up later that evening. Fortunately James and his team took me right away, diagnosed and resolved the issue. The few times I've had to bring one of my 2 Audi's in for service, James has always been most helpful. He's explained the sophisticated electronic systems on my car. Not only did he facilitate a speedy repair, but helped my understand what was happening, most recently concerning the tire pressure monitor. I don't mind driving the extra distance to Audi Coral Springs (from Palm Beach) because I know I will be well received and the car will be properly attended to. While waiting for service to be completed, Tony D'Argenzio always finds time to chat about new Audi models and features and the competition. I'm looking forward to seeing Tony next year to order a new A8. More
