He manages the check in procedure in a very friendly and professionally manner, and it is usually only minutes from dropping of my car to leaving the dealership with a free loaner. During the day Steve keeps me updated on the progress and/or checks back with suggestions or repair requirements - so no surprises - ever! I get my car back at the promised time in perfect conditions and with a courtesy cleaning. It is consistently a very positive experience due to the effective and efficient work of Steve. More
