Steve Meyer kept me informed of how it was going and while I was waiting I asked my salesperson Richardson Baptiste questions I had about my car and he took me out to one on the lot to answer everything I needed to know. While waiting in the cafe I was handed the TV control and told to help myself to whatever I wanted to drink. They make it very easy to spend time there while the service is being done. First service on my s8 I took my Audi to this dealer for the 5000 mile service. When I dropped the car off at 845am, they processed me in within a few minutes. I then asked if I could get a ride home vs waiting and they were quick to assign Derek. He drove me back right away. When he dropped me off I asked if he could pick me up within the next couple of hours. I work from home so I quickly became engrossed in a project. Next thing you know, Derek was there, ready to take me back to the dealership. No call needed. When we arrived back at the dealer the car was ready and parked right near the svc desk. i was promptly processed out and gone within a few minutes. Audi of Coral Springs made this entire experience effortless! Great team! More
