I have always been happy with the Audi reps. However, I have on two occasions had to go to your authorized body shops and the experience has been very unsatisfactory each time. The most recent visit was mainly due to a paint issue covered by warranty. Since the car was at the body shop I decided to have some additional dings addressed. What was originally supposed to be in Monday out by Wednesday ended up being a week longer. As far as I can tell the work was fine but I will not buy another Audi simply because of the lack of dealership support for body work, You authorized body shops do not hold themselves to the same standard that you hold yourselves to. More

Prompt, efficient service, backed up with a friendly, can-do attitude - and Larry always remembers my name. It's not just a hassle-free experience, I actually look forward to coming to Coral Springs. Car came back clean, but windows were not cleaned properly. You cannot properly clean a window with a wet towel. My car windows were actually cleaner when I brought in the car. It is also nice to go to a service center that doesn't try to sell you "extras" but just does the service that's required and necessary. The wait area is comfortable because they have nice tables to work at and a solid selection of coffee. The service department of a dealership is an important consideration for me when buying a car and I feel that the combination of Anthony Segreto in sales and Steve Meyer have earned by loyalty and repeat business.
