I love this dealership. I have continue to bring my car into service for the past 8 years and going strong. I have not encountered a problem or situation that was not promptly addressed. I'm very pleased with the honesty and dedication of the whole service department. I had to come back 3 times for the same issue but, every time I went they showed to me to be concerned and worry about the whole service department. Eric is very professional and at the same time he gets involved and works 110% for customer satisfaction and he really means it. I'm very happy with the decision they've made in order to accomplish the best work possible. They've replaced the engine on my car, hassle free, instead of getting it rebuild. Eric Didn't want to take the risk of having me coming back again with the same problem in the future, maybe when my warranty would it be expired and I would it have to pay out of my pocket in order to get it fixed. So... thank you so much Jessie and Eric!!! Two thumbs up for both of you. Keep it up with the great job. More

This was the first 5000 mile service for our 2014 Q5. The appointment time was 10:00 am. I arrived at 10 am and was received by the service manager Eric Rutherford. He told me the car would be ready in 1 The appointment time was 10:00 am. I arrived at 10 am and was received by the service manager Eric Rutherford. He told me the car would be ready in 1 1/2 Hr.I spent the time watching TV in the coffee room. A screen on the wall suddenly showed my name and telling the car was ready. The time was 11:30.
