Service has been consistently great, unfortunately, I visit to the point of frustration. My A5, being my third Audi, has been a terrible experience and will never buy another Audi again. I own two audis and have had both serviced exclusively at Coral Springs Audi only because of the excellent service staff. However, due to long travel distance of fifty-plus miles one way, if it weren't for Coral Springs Audi only because of the excellent service staff. As I purchased my car from Audi Braman - I went for my first service there and was very very dissappointed. I had a minor issue when I brought it into Audi CS - and swore I would never go back to West Pa first service there and was very very dissappointed. I took my Q7 because there was a problem with my DVD player. It was my first time here and I just want to stay that the service was great. It's funny. I described a problem, a clunking noise I could hear only when the windows were down. They were actually able to replicate it, explained to me that it was an aftermarket coil over shock th I could hear only when the windows were down. They were actually able to replicate it, explained to me that it was an aftermarket coil over shock that I'd added causing the problem and that perhaps I had a warranty on the part. They removed my sway bar to make sure of where the noise was coming from, explained all of this to me and assured me that even with the noise, the suspension was functioning well. When I got the car back, the noise was gone! More
