The service at Audi Coral Springs is above and beyond any other Service Dept. I have ever been to. After owning 11 Mercedes in my life time, I decided to try Audi after reading so much about the Q7 . I ask my self what took me so long to convert to Audi??? But what makes a dealership in my opinion is the Service Dept. Steve Meyer has taken care of me from (2008) day one on my purchase of both Audi's. He is on top of everything that needs to be done and recommends what is best for me and the car. He is always personable from the time I drop off the car, till the time I pick it back up. Calling to let me know what was done and when it will be ready for pick up. A big round of applause for Steve Meyer and the service dept. at Audi Coral Springs. They work hard to make our life a little easier in this hectic world. More

Convertible top broke over the weekend. Brought the car in without an appointment Monday morning and there was a line. They weren't upset and were very polite. Told me no problem and to drop off the car in without an appointment Monday morning and there was a line. They weren't upset and were very polite. Told me no problem and to drop off the car and they got me a loaner. Was very pleased that they took care of me so fast. They texted me when the car was done. They needed a part but they did the service so I was able to return the loaner and get back on the road. All the fluids were replaced at no charge and the car was cleaned. Very efficient and everyone was nice. More

James in my opinion added to the Audi experience. His knowledge about the Audi product made his conversation with me comfortable and reassuring. At the time of my service, my children were with me. Not only did he speak to me professionally about how much time it would take to service the car, he spoke quickly so I could maintain contact with my two kids. We had an issue involving the air conditioner. Due to travel out of state we took it to another dealer to be fixed. The problem was not remedied but we had a 2000+ mile trip back to Florida during which travel out of state we took it to another dealer to be fixed. The problem was not remedied but we had a 2000+ mile trip back to Florida during which the car went out of warrenty. Steve diagnosed the problem, pled our case to Audi, that even though it was out of warrenty, and they did not originally do the work it should be covered. They saved us over $2000 out of pocket.
