Service manager was great, but had personal issues that caused him to be absent for a week. And the meantime, the phone system is impossible to get a live person to talk to let alone. Expensive, Expensive… I brought the car in for a standard service and ended up with an $8,000 bill. Nothing was wrong when I went in. In fact, it was $1,300 for the front brakes, $1,800 for the rear, and ano service and ended up with an $8,000 bill. Nothing was wrong when I went in. Makes me think you sabotaged the car. Oh, and the tire recommendation for $1,200, i did not do. More

Steve was great! My car had a malfunction and had to be towed in. Communication was great throughout.
