Upgraded the MMI which lost my settings - key user disappeared and I could only log in as a guest. I called and asked the reception to connect me to a service agent and she said they were all busy an disappeared and I could only log in as a guest. I called and asked the reception to connect me to a service agent and she said they were all busy and they would have to call me back. Never head from anyone for a full work day. I finally had to drive over there - the svc agent said we don't do that - drive out front and ask them for someone to fix this A nice fellow worked on it for 25 minutes trying to change the pin did not work (which I had tried at home unsuccessfully many times). Finally he completely initialized the user (from the vin #). I am giving a very poor rating as when I have to spend over an hour (travel time) for service and then another hour to return because something is messed up I am not a happy camper. More
