Yes, I'm pleased to welcome any discussion you'd care to have. Please note, however, first, this comment was NOT intended to find any fault with the service rep; as indicated above, his and the entire service experience exceeded expectations. Second, in my initial comment, I see that I inadvertently omitted the word PURCHASE, where the comment was intended to read - - While this (i.e. the availability of complementary loaners) was assured during the PURCHASE process, in actuality it is not reliably available. It is important to repeat that several other premium-level dealers emphasize their availability of complementary loaners, and I had simply expected the same here at Audi of Coral Springs.
