We had a terrible experience purchasing my 4th vehicle from this dealership. We were lied to about multiple items that were not covered in the extended service plan called Audi Pure. We were told mu from this dealership. We were lied to about multiple items that were not covered in the extended service plan called Audi Pure. We were told multiple wiper blades…not true…only 1. Transmission service. Not true…not covered at all. Brake pads and rotors, etc etc etc. My wife and I had 800 credit scores and we were quoted 7.49% on a 5 year loan and had to provide multiple copies of our tax returns. The finance could not open 10 page PDF’s so I made several trips to hand deliver pages out of our tax returns. It was a nightmare. I ended up calling our credit union and they approved me in 45 minutes. The next day I drove a check to the dealership and paid for the car. Then my paper plate was about to expire. The finance department knew about this. I could not plate my vehicle because the dealership was taking forever to get me my final paperwork. 10 days later I made another special trip to the dealership, talked to a sales manager and was able to get what they owed me. All around a bad experience in multiple ways the ball was dropped. More

Dealership is immaculate, staff are friendly and helpful, and there are various new vehicles to inspect in the show room. Parking was good getting into the dealership. I don’t have any problem with plaza motors. I’ve had my car for years and they’ve been nothing but professional and kind to me in those four years. My problem is with Audi itself. This was our first time to Creve Coeur Audi and we were pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and the waiting area was nice and comfortable.
