The team of Steve Chrystone and Jim Ceccarelli were outstanding to work with! They gave me a great price, were very courteous, and they never pushed "up-sells" such as extended warranties, protective packages, etc.. Our salesman Steve was very thorough throughout the selling process, and spent a good deal of time with us going over details of the car during delivery. He even gave us a follow-up call the next day to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I would definitely buy another car from this dealership which is the highest compliment/recommendation I could give anyone! More

I like the staff and their professionalism. I am concerned that un-needed repairs were suggested. The cost of the repair if needed would have been completed. But repairing something that is not ne concerned that un-needed repairs were suggested. The cost of the repair if needed would have been completed. But repairing something that is not needed to a poss cost of $1200 or more is wasteful. Last visit on 2004 A6 for blinker issue which was taken right in and corrected without an issue. However when talking to the service tech he explained that the front boot was leaking grease and was on the right side of my car. Along with this I had bad upper control arms. This I found real interesting since I had my axle, boots and control arms replace less than 2 months ago((not by Audi). At this point I nicely explained I will have it done the next visit. I took it back to the certified mechanic that did the work and explained what I was told by Audi. He smiled put my car on the lift and actually showed me the boot and the control arms and that they were not and did not need to be replaced. He further explained that the grease was not from the boot and he did not know where it came from at this point. He reinspected the boots and allowed me check the boots and together the inspection resulted in no issues with either of the recommended repairs. The mechanic also said that when he did the work he also removed any grease that was left from the original bad boot at the time he replaced it. So bottom line make sure the repairs are needed. sometimes it is better to have someone else check to confirm. More

Danbury Audy has great customer care and excellency in dealing with customers. Sales prices are competitive, service is efficient and they always have a loaner for you. I brought my 06 TT in for service to this dealer several times, most significantly for a serious recurring electrical panel problem. Despite the fact that there was a TON of info available on this issue, t times, most significantly for a serious recurring electrical panel problem. Despite the fact that there was a TON of info available on this issue, the service manager always denied there was anything wrong with the car. I had to bring copies of the service bulletins in before they would acknowledge the problem. I was told later by an ex employee that they were well aware of the issue but did not want to risk an intermittent failure on the bench that would mean they would not receive their payment on the warranty service. Several times I got my car back with things not fixed and would have to turn around and return the car after driving it only a few miles. I eventually had the car repaired at the Fairfield Audi dealership (which I highly recommend) and got rid of it shortly thereafter. I am otherwise a huge Audi fan but the service issue became such a nightmare I gave up and bought a Lexus SC430. It doesn't have the same level of driving performance as an Audi, but the sales and service experience were both outstanding and I am extremely happy with my choice. More
