Service advisor was fine. The service was not done properly causing me to break down on the side of the road and needing a flatbed to get the car back to the dealer. The car was supposed to be done on a Monday, and then got pushed to Tuesday @4. I showed up at 4 and waited until 7:20 until I was given my car. After getting my car, I drove home and the next day the cars cooling system failed (it was in for a water pump swap under warranty) meaning that the service was not done correctly. The car was towed back Wednesday afternoon to the dealer where they discovered a clip had failed under the motor. This was a plastic clip on the cooling system which gets heat cycled every time the car is run, making it brittle. This should not have been reused once removed, but it was and removing the clip and re-installing the same clip caused it to fracture thus making my coolant hose pop off. The fact that this plastic clip was reused initially and not replaced makes me lose faith in the quality of work. 3$ (Guessing) for a clip vs a tow, 6 hours of my time, and a few days without my car before a holiday weekend seems like a risk not worth taking. More
