Best service experience I’ve ever had. I have owned BMW, Rover, Porsche as well as many non luxury vehicles over the years. I almost exclusively avoid dealer services after a lengthy history of sub-par (and Rover, Porsche as well as many non luxury vehicles over the years. I almost exclusively avoid dealer services after a lengthy history of sub-par (and straight up AWFUL) service experiences. I’ve even shunned dealers for warranty included items just to avoid the runaround of typical dealer service departments. My recent experience with Audi of Danbury has made me rethink my dealer service boycott! Start to finish, the experience was seamless and painless. My car was taken in immediately, a loaner was ready for me and I received regular text updates throughout the service. My car was ready hours sooner than I anticipated and was returned to me freshly washed and vacuumed. Not one complaint about the experience- I’m a very satisfied client! More
